Logan is a Marine Corps Veteran and former Private Military Contractor who served in Afghanistan as well as many other locations. While living and working overseas, he implemented his background as a Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. This provides him with over a decade worth of experience coaching leaders in fitness and nutrition, to better assist them in executing sensitive and essential missions in high stress environments.
Michelle's passion for fitness began as a young athlete participating in soccer, tennis and martial arts. From making Varsity all four years of her High School career, she simultaneously was nationally ranked within the United States Tennis Association. During college, Michelle took her love for sports and began coaching tennis and women's self defense to all ages. She now integrates her knowledge being both a Certified Personal Trainer to help her clients achieve their fitness goals.
